    What is the selection process like?

    Our process is agile and transparent because we value your time and ours. First, we review your CV, and if you match what we’re looking for, we will contact you for an initial interview to get to know you better. Depending on the position, we might ask you to complete a technical test and speak with team members. In the end, we want to ensure a good fit and that, in addition to your skills, you also connect with our culture and team.

    What benefits do we offer?

    We care about providing a flexible work environment full of opportunities. In addition to working 100% remotely, we offer 25 vacation days per year (including December 24th and 31st), and flexible hours that allow you to start between 8:00 and 10:00 AM. On Fridays, we finish at 3:00 PM, and in the summer, we enjoy a shortened workday! Additionally, we offer flexible compensation plans.
