The Spanish Organization for Blind and Visually Impaired People (ONCE) is a non-profit social institution dedicated to improving the quality of life for people with disabilities, especially visual impairments. ONCE offers a wide range of services, from education and training to employment and social integration. It is also nationally known for its extensive network of lottery game sellers and management (ONCE lottery draws).

Development of Accessible Solutions for ONCE
O2O has been the main provider for the ONCE in developing and maintaining its mobile and web applications, working under strict accessibility criteria. In this process, we have helped ONCE redefine and optimize its digital ecosystem through several key projects:
- ONCE Games: We developed and maintain ONCE’s digital lottery platforms, ensuring they are accessible to all users, including people with visual impairments. This includes adapting interfaces and improving usability for an inclusive user experience.
- My ONCE Seller: We created an application that facilitates the relationship between ONCE sellers and their customers, allowing easier access to purchase products and services from the organization. This tool has also been designed with a focus on accessibility and efficiency.
- ONCE Portal: We collaborated on the development of ONCE’s web portal, a centralized site that offers information and services to users. This portal meets the highest web accessibility standards, ensuring that all users can access the information and services they need.
- FICHAPP: We developed FICHAPP, an application designed to manage and optimize ONCE’s internal processes, improving efficiency and reducing operational complexity.
- ONCE Club: We created a digital platform for the ONCE Club, which provides additional benefits and resources for members, with an inclusive and accessible design.
- Digital Keyless: We transform physical keys for accessing kiosks into digital keys. Now you will never lose a key again, nor will a kiosk be left unopened due to the lack of a physical key. We improve access management, providing more functionalities through time controls, dynamic assignments and usage information. In addition, Digital Keyless provides an additional level of security for the kiosk, making it comparable to the level of security in a home.
These projects have been fundamental to the digital transformation of ONCE, allowing the organization to significantly improve its digital processes and services. Our work has been key in establishing high standards of quality and accessibility across all ONCE’s digital platforms, reaffirming its commitment to inclusion and equal opportunities for all individuals.
