The project’s challenge was to integrate the new wireless network controllers from Ubiquiti, the login against the Grandvalira Resorts CRM, and the necessary design adaptations for the captive portal shared by the three resorts: Ordino Arcalís, Pal Arinsal, and Grandvalira.

Grandvalira Resorts is a group that manages several ski resorts in Andorra, renowned for its extensive skiable area of over 200 km. In addition to Grandvalira, it includes Ordino Arcalís and Pal Arinsal, offering comprehensive services for skiing, snowboarding, and winter activities. It caters to skiers of all levels, supported by a robust tourist and sports infrastructure.

Services Aimed at Ensuring Customer Well-Being
O2O has developed a new solution to provide free Wi-Fi to users of Grandvalira Resorts with an active ski pass to enhance the user experience. A captive portal and a customized definition for the three resorts were also developed.
The implemented solution has achieved:
- Loading the four required user languages (Spanish, Catalan, English, and French).
- Dynamic design and layout that adapts to the users’ connection point based on their location within the three resorts.
- Implementation of usage restrictions and browsing time limits.
- Integrations with third-party services.
- Lead generation through specific forms.
- Service security enhancements.
