It is currently the best provider of both physical and digital communications, known for its efficiency, quality, and sustainability, and boasts the largest territorial presence and the most innovative equipment.

Data Monetization: Correos' New Gold

The main challenge faced by Correos was monetizing its most valuable asset: a database of over 1.5 million registered users. The company needed to leverage this information to promote personalized products and services, such as Prepaid Business Cards, Prepaid Personal Cards, and the LOL Card, designed to attract a younger audience.

Enhancing Customer Experience with Advanced Technology

To tackle this challenge, O2O collaborated with Correos, MASTERCARD, and PFS to develop native applications and websites for managing prepaid cards. We implemented a comprehensive solution that included the design of intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, optimized for mobile devices and desktops. Our team of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) experts ensured smooth navigation, allowing users to complete transactions quickly and securely.

Additionally, we integrated advanced security mechanisms to protect users’ personal and financial information, complying with the most stringent data protection regulations. We also implemented a personalized notification system to keep its more than 1.5 million users informed about their transactions and special offers, enhancing interaction and engagement with the brand.

The LOL Card was a stand-out success story, attracting a younger audience interested in video games and digital entertainment. This card not only offers standard prepaid functionalities but also includes exclusive benefits and promotions related to League of Legends, one of the world’s most popular video games. This differentiated offering has enabled Correos to capture a new market segment and strengthen its positioning as an innovative company attuned to current trends.
