O2O, as a digital strategy consultant for BBVA’s Global Payments group, has designed, conceptualized, and deployed pilot trials for merchants related to Invisible Payments.

Invisible Payments streamlines and speeds up the payment process through new authentication, recognition, and tokenization techniques.

Our collaborative project included the following actions:

  • Business analysis and Go-To-Market strategy. Evolution of customized solutions into commercial products.
  • Market benchmarks: Searching, analyzing, evaluating, and selecting solution partners.
  • Development of a payment-by-license plate MVP as an evolution of the McAuto pilot to a level of mass and multi-merchant commercialization.
  • Lead generation in different verticals where IP solutions could fit.
