Smartship

Stemming from a consulting project, we defined a new digital strategy for managing the onboard services for Baleària users: crowd monitoring via Wi-Fi.

O2O has helped build a digital ship replete with associated services.

Leveraging Wi-Fi connection monitoring, provides a fairly accurate idea of onboard user flow and behaviour, enabling us to propose more and better services to users more efficiently.
