O2O develops a captive portal for Grandvalira to provide a wi-fi service across the resort and keep users updated on all relevant information.
- Carrying out a digital-IT audit of services and internet access points (APs) across the resort.
- Implementing solution to unify different wi-fi networks (hardware and software) via Radius authentication protocol.
- A captive portal is developed where users have to register to gain free temporary wi-fi access. After validating their pass code, users with active ski passes gain free access to wi-fi for the duration of their passes.
- Information gathered will be analysed to leverage data.
