UpSpain sought to modernize and simplify the management of social benefits for employees, offering a more accessible and flexible solution for both companies and workers. A comprehensive system was needed to ensure efficient management of multiple products and services under a single digital platform, enhancing accessibility and usability of digital channels.

O2O has collaborated with UpSpain to develop an integrated management system based on a unique multiproduct digital card. This system offers several key benefits:

1. Physical Card System with Digital Management: In addition to the digital card, a physical card option is included that is managed digitally. This solution is used by public organizations and citizens alike, facilitating the management of social financial aid. It enables simpler and more transparent administration of social benefits.
2. Contracting Social Benefits: The system allows companies to contract social benefits through a secure payment system, ensuring that funds are managed efficiently and reliably.
3. Definition of Rules and Periodic Reloads: Companies can define specific rules for the use of benefits, such as time limits and frequency, facilitating customization and control. Additionally, the system allows for periodic reloads, simplifying the daily management of these products.
4. Multiproduct Digital Payment System: Employees can use a single digital system to access and utilize multiple products and services, which simplifies the user experience and enhances convenience.
5. Secure Payment System: A secure payment system for the use of social benefits and incentives is guaranteed, providing peace of mind for both companies and employees.

Thanks to this project, UpSpain has been able to offer its customers an innovative and effective solution that significantly improves the management and accessibility of social benefits, adapting to the current market needs and providing added value to both companies and employees.
